From the field to the Executive Report
IPSRM Field takes the practitioner through the assessment in a single, connected workflow. Capture the evidence, apply the IPSRM methodology, calculate the risk position and produce the draft Executive Report from the same assessment record.
01 Scope the assessment. Start by defining the assessment, its scope, context and reporting requirements. The assessment record establishes the framework for everything that follows.
02 Capture observations and evidence. Record observations as you make them, attach photographs and retain the evidence against the relevant finding. Field is designed to be used at the point of assessment.
03 Assess through the IPSRM methodology. Findings are assigned to the appropriate IPSRM domain and assessed through the methodology. The practitioner works through the assessment without having to reconstruct the process afterwards.
04 See the emerging risk position. As findings are completed, the Risk Engine builds the overall exposure position, providing a consistent view of residual risk across the assessment.
05 Generate the Executive Report. When the assessment is complete, Field checks for items needing attention and carries the assessment data through to the draft Executive Report. With one click, the report is generated from the assessment rather than recreated manually.
06 The Executive Report.
